PROMOTIONS AND HIRES
Roseann Higgins received the Charity and Commitment Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for raising more than $20,000 for the organization. Higgins is president of S.P.I.E.S. (Single Professional Introductions for the Especially Selective).
