This is all about getting who you are and what you want – AND if we are a match. This is a private meeting with you and Roseann to provide the foundation for our search.  Roseann’s compassionate and inquisitive nature makes this conversation feel safe and an opportunity to be really open. At this point, we will agree create an agreement and begin your search. If in our meeting it is clear for either party that we are not a fit, a consultation fee is paid and we wish you well!
